AI reads them, your business rules validate them (do the line items sum? is the vendor approved? is this a duplicate?), and a person reviews only what failed, with the reason spelled out. Clean results land in QuickBooks Online as an import-ready bill file, or in your own system as CSV or through the API.
Plans start at $39 a month, and the free assessment runs 25 of your own documents through the real pipeline before you pay anything. When a document type needs rules of its own, a fixed-price pilot configures them.
