Pay an invoice
Every Pycas invoice arrives by email with a secure Pay invoice button and shows its number, the amount due and the options below. Please reference the invoice number on whichever method you use so we can match it quickly.
Online: card or bank (ACH)
Click Pay invoice in the invoice email, or use the button below and enter the amount due and your invoice number. Payment is processed by Square, so you can pay with any Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, without creating an account. You'll get an instant receipt.
Pay by card nowCard details never reach Pycas. Online payments are processed by Square via our affiliate Pycas Imaging, LLC, so your statement will show "SQ *PYCAS IMAGING" or "Pycas". ACH from your bank account is available through the Pay invoice button in the invoice email.
Direct bank transfer
ACH or wire straight to our Chase business account, no fee for either side. Our bank details are printed in the "How to pay" box on the invoice PDF; for security we don't publish them on the website. If you need them re‑sent, email info@pycasdesign.com from the address on your account and we'll reply the same business day.
Use the invoice number as the payment reference.
Check
Payable to PYCAS DESIGN INNOVATIONS, LLC, mailed to the address shown on your invoice. Allow 5–7 business days; write the invoice number on the memo line.
Purchase orders and net‑30 terms are available for government and enterprise accounts on request.
Payment terms
Invoices are due within 15 days of issue unless your statement of work says otherwise. Fixed‑price projects are billed 50% on signing and 50% on acceptance; monthly plans are billed in advance by card and can be cancelled any time. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
