Accessibility Statement
Updated September 22, 2026. PYCAS DESIGN INNOVATIONS, LLC wants everyone to be able to use this website and the software we build for our clients.
Our standard
We design pycasdesign.com to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance and the Illinois Information Technology Accessibility Act. The site uses semantic HTML, a logical heading structure, text alternatives for meaningful images, visible focus indicators, colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text, keyboard-operable navigation and forms with associated labels, and it respects the user's reduced-motion preference. The site does not use time limits, auto-playing media or content that flashes.
Known limitations
Product screenshots are described in their alternative text but do not reproduce every detail of the interface shown. PDF documents such as our capability statement are tagged for reading order; if you need any document in another format, ask and we will provide it.
Software we build for clients
Accessibility is a stated requirement in our government and enterprise work: applications we deliver are built and tested against WCAG 2.1 AA, and we provide a VPAT or Accessibility Conformance Report on request for delivered systems.
