Effective September 22, 2026. By using pycasdesign.com (the "Site"), operated by PYCAS DESIGN INNOVATIONS, LLC ("Pycas", "we"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Purchases of our services are governed separately by our Terms of Service.

The Site and everything on it, including text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, screenshots, page layouts, design, code, downloadable documents (such as our capability statement and one-page overviews) and the selection and arrangement of all of these, are the property of Pycas or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of our services, provided you keep all copyright and other notices intact. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, framing, scraping, or use to train machine-learning models, requires our prior written permission.

2. Trademarks

"Pycas", "Pycas Design Innovations", the Pycas logo, "ShootPro24AI" and the ShootPro24 logo are trademarks of Pycas Design Innovations, LLC or its affiliate PYCAS IMAGING, LLC. Amazon Web Services, AWS, Amazon Textract, Amazon Bedrock, QuickBooks, Xero, Dext, AutoEntry, Datamolino, Java, Spring, React and PostgreSQL are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify those products; their owners do not sponsor or endorse Pycas. Nothing on the Site grants any licence to use any trademark without the owner's written permission.

3. Comparative and performance information

Comparisons with other products, industry statistics and cost figures on the Site are drawn from publicly available sources at the time of writing and from our own testing, and are provided for general information. Features and prices of third-party products change; verify them with the vendor before relying on them. Accuracy, throughput and time-saving figures for our own services describe results on representative documents; results on your documents will vary and are established during a free assessment or pilot.

4. No professional advice

Content on the Site, including descriptions of accounting, procurement, records-management or compliance workflows, is general information about our software and engineering services. It is not legal, tax, accounting or procurement advice and should not be relied on as such. Consult a qualified professional about your specific situation.

5. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to: use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure, our contact-form service or any other system; introduce malware or interfere with the Site's operation; use automated tools to scrape, crawl or copy Site content beyond what standard search-engine indexing requires; submit false, misleading or abusive information through our contact form; or impersonate any person or organization. We may block access to the Site for any breach of these terms.

6. Information you send us

Contact-form submissions and unsolicited emails are handled under our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential documents or personal data through the contact form; we will set up a secure transfer once we are in touch. Ideas or suggestions you volunteer about our services may be used by us without obligation to you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

7. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites (for example AWS documentation, SAM.gov and partner products). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability, and linking does not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. We do not warrant that the Site is free of errors or harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PYCAS, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pycas and its members, officers, employees and contractors from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent: PYCAS DESIGN INNOVATIONS, LLC, Attn: Copyright Agent, info@pycasdesign.com, (847) 656-5756 (mailing address supplied on request). Include: identification of the copyrighted work; the URL of the allegedly infringing material; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We will remove or disable access to material on receipt of a valid notice and may terminate repeat infringers. Knowingly misrepresenting infringement may make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA on this Site and welcome reports of anything that gets in the way. See our Accessibility Statement.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

14. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time by posting the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
