DocPipe in ChatGPT and Claude
DocPipe, our AI Document Processing service, works inside ChatGPT and Claude. Ask how it would handle your invoices, or connect your account and ask about your own documents in plain language.
What you can ask
Without an account
- "Which DocPipe plan fits 150 invoices a month, mostly one page each?"
- "What does DocPipe check before an invoice can be exported?"
- "How does DocPipe count pages?"
With your DocPipe account connected
- "Show my DocPipe review queue."
- "What's wrong with the Glenview Hardware invoice?"
- "Total my approved invoices by vendor for September."
- "Which approved invoices haven't been exported yet?"
- "How many documents have I used this month?"

Connect
ChatGPT: open Apps, search for DocPipe and select Connect. Ask a question about your documents and ChatGPT shows a Connect button; sign in on the DocPipe page that opens.
Claude: open Settings, then Connectors, find DocPipe in the directory and select Connect, then sign in on the DocPipe page that opens. To add it by address instead, use https://app.pycasdesign.com/mcp as a custom connector.
Sign in with the same email and password you use at app.pycasdesign.com. You need to have signed in to the DocPipe application at least once first. Accounts are created in the application, not from inside an assistant.
What the connection can and cannot do
- Read-only. It cannot upload, approve, correct, reject, export or delete anything, change settings or make payments. Those happen only in the DocPipe application.
- Your account only. Every request uses your own sign-in, so only your account's documents are visible.
- Extracted data, not files. It reads the fields and issues DocPipe produced, never the document files or their raw text.
- No conversations stored. We keep brief technical logs for security for at most 30 days. See section 9 of our Privacy Policy.
Disconnect
Remove DocPipe in the assistant's settings (ChatGPT: Settings, then Apps; Claude: Settings, then Connectors). Access ends within an hour. To revoke every assistant connection on your account at once, email info@pycasdesign.com.
